The visit takes place at Kan Kenshô, a family farmhouse from 1945 located in l’Ampolla and registered in the Catalog of Farmhouses of the Generalitat.
The duration of the visit is 1.5 hours and consists of 3 parts:
- We start with an explanation about the culture of rice and the Ebro Delta Natural Park, while we taste the first sake or amazake for those who do not drink alcohol.
- Afterwards, we will visit the fermentation room to learn more about the process of making koji, sake, and miso.
- and finally we will go to the tasting room where we will have a tasting of 3 types of sake paired with a tasting of misos
Clarifications:

- There is space to park.
- Children under 15 years old are free. Please, when making the purchase indicate in comments.
- From 10 to 15 years are 15 euros, to book choose the children option.
- Dogs are accepted, although there are areas that they cannot enter.
- In the case of no-show or notice less than 2 hours in advance, only 75% of the money paid will be refunded.
- The tasting is 100% vegan.
