Natto-kin is the initiator of the Bacillus var Natto used to make Natto.
To make natto you have to grow this starter on cooked soy beans or any other substrate you want. The possibilities are endless.
- Net content: 10gr.
- Ingredients: rice, soy beans, Bacillus var Natto.
- Recommendations for use: 1 gr. for 500 gr. of dried soy beans.
